Network Rail is changing; it has a new focus and a new mission. The new man at the helm of this vast vessel, Andrew Haines, has had time to look at the company and after nine months his new vision for the business became clear with the announcement of five regional managing directors and their mission to help Network Rail become a ‘more nimble, customer-focused company that puts passengers first’.
