ANGLIA

Barking Riverside Branch (2:4A)

Work continues on the building of this 1¼-mile branch. Please see the accompanying diagram for the final layout. Overhead line equipment has now been re-energised at 25kV AC on the Up Riverside & revised Down Goods line from 7M 60ch (Barking Tilbury Line Junction East area) to 9M 30ch (Renwick Road Junction area).

EAST MIDLANDS

Cricklewood (4:8B)

Work on re-modelling Cricklewood sidings in association with the Brent Cross station development project is now complete. Final works included the recovery of No 8 Charter Rail siding and the adjacent North Freight sidings Nos 9-12 plus the plain lining of the associated point work and scissor crossing.
