Amongst the usual level crossing upgrades and platform extension works, June saw the opening of Horden station, the removal of crossovers at Clapton Junction and further works at Cricklewood.

ANGLIA

Between Hackney Downs and Tottenham Hale (2:10A)

During June and into July, the facing and trailing crossovers at Clapton Junction, controlled from Clapton ‘B’ Ground Frame (4M 27ch) have been plain lined, the ground frame has been recovered and the associated overhead line equipment for the crossovers removed.
