The Virgin voice does away with the formality seen elsewhere, preferring an open, honest and direct tone to convey the enthusiasm of the company and its people for serving customers and making their journeys better. Often that means doing things differently. That’s not just launching ground-breaking innovations like tilting trains and automatic delay repay, but revolutionising interactions with customers. This unique Virgin voice has created some memorable moments down the years; here’s a few of them….
