Rail Technology and Services: The provision of operations software systems including timetable planning, enterprise resource management, rostering and rolling stock solutions, performance and real time delay attribution and incident management solutions, including action tracking. In addition, our customer experience solutions include delay repay, transit and ticketing systems and passenger analytics. We also provide transport consultancy services (advising on rail strategy, operations planning and management and revenue modelling. Our consultants can also provide bespoke software solutions). In addition to the above, our infrastructure solutions include smart condition monitoring, safe systems of work and GIS.
2. Data, Analytics, Consultancy and Events: The provision of traffic surveys, location analytics, GIS and event management.
